Rail Driver RD-91-MDT-A Desktop Train Cab Controller - UNTESTED - READ

See photos, untested piece. I don't have any software for this, so it is as-is, untested. The power adaptor is NOT the original, but it does fit. When I plug it in and plug the USB into my computer the letters RD show up on the screen, but that is all that I can get to happen, as I don't have any software or knowledge about this. Please see photos, neat old piece, nice cosmetic condition, a bit dirty from sitting around for years, but appears like it should be working. See photos, I put a lower price on it because it is not fully tested.
